By brewing un-roasted green coffee and culturing it we are able to experience single-origin coffee in a new way. This processing technique is an old one which provides a tool of sustainability for the coffee industry all along the supply chain.
Being able to introduce a delicious coffee drink with a positive social and environmental impact is something we are really excited about. Based in Brooklyn, NY, Olas Coffee Co. was founded in 2017 by Jeremiah Borrego, a coffee industry veteran of over 11 years.
