The guys over at the Climate Reality Project explain it this way:

Our client Zenbunni Coffee took this idea and and ran with it. They are producing their product on one of four Regenerative & Biodynamic® farms here in America.
Oh, and the labels uses on their packaging are sustainable, of course.
