Montana kids sue the State of Montana over the environment. Here is their story:

This is significant because lawsuits of this nature are being thrown out all the time — especially in a conservative state like Montana. But this one went to trial this past Monday.

The lawsuites argues, that Montana’s constitution guarantees "a clean and healthful environment. The lawsuite was brought by 16 children with the support of a pro bono lawyer.

Important to know is that these kids do not want money. They demand change in regulations to the gas and coal industries. We are watching these developments carefully.
